Valentine’s Day Crochet Hat Pattern- Cupids Cloche ..I worked 3 rnds then on 4th round I see instructions say to alternate between hdc and ps with no mention of doing the ps in the 1st 3 previous rounds??? What round do I start with the ps????

Thank you

the first three rounds are hdc. the colored rounds alternate between hdc and ps for each stitch. one hdc, one ps, one hdc, one ps around. So on the fourth row (first colored row) you will start with either hdc or ps (your choice) and alternated between the two around the entire row.

What weight Red Heart wool did you use, I started with a DK, but it is clearly the wrong thickness – I’m in the UK

It was either Super Saver or Classic. DK would be to thin you’ll need a worsted weight yarn.
